Another one for the record — OJP Plumbing sent over their logo, and here's exactly what happened to it before it ever touched a machine. No voiceover, no editing tricks, just the real in-house digitising process, camera rolling the whole way through.

OJP Plumbing's logo went through the same process every embroidery order gets: the flat design is mapped out as a sequence of stitches by hand, here in Ramsgate — not run through an automated converter — choosing stitch type and density for each part so the fine linework and lettering stay sharp rather than blurring into a blob. Once that digitised file was checked and approved, it went straight onto the machine, and the finished patch is what you see at the end of the clip.
