Every logo we stitch is digitised in-house, right here in Ramsgate, before it ever touches a machine — it's one of the key steps in how we produce your uniforms and workwear. Here's what that actually looks like, start to finish.
Tap any video below to watch it play — no sound needed, just the process. More going up here as we film them.
Digitising is the step between "here's our logo" and "here's your finished embroidery" — it's where a flat design (a JPEG, a PNG, sometimes just a business card) gets turned into a stitch file a commercial embroidery machine can run. We map out every colour block, letter and outline as a sequence of stitches, choosing stitch type and density for each part so fine text stays legible and solid areas don't pucker the fabric.
It's a manual, in-house process, not an automated conversion — someone here in Ramsgate sits down with your logo and builds the file by hand, which is why the videos above are real logos for real customers rather than stock examples. Once the digitised file is approved it goes straight onto the machine, and you can see the finished embroidery in the same clip.
Digitising is free on every embroidery order, with no separate charge and no minimum order size — it's built into the price whether you're ordering three polo shirts or a full uniform re-fit.
Free in-house digitising on every embroidery order — send us your logo and we'll get back to you with a quote.
