No. We don't charge set-up fees, we don't charge to digitise your logo, and we don't charge to keep your logo and artwork files on record for reorders. All of it is included in the price you see, so there are no extras to add on.

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically to your whole order: 5% off every item from 10 items, 10% off from 25 items and 15% off from 50 items. Different garments and sizes all count together, and trade accounts get a further 10% off.

It depends on your garment choice, branding (embroidery or vinyl) and quantity — build your order on our quote page and you'll see your price calculated automatically as you go, so you're only ever paying for what you actually need.

Yes. We digitise every logo in-house and print/embroider for durability, so it holds up to regular washing and wear, not just the first few uses.

Yes — we digitise your logo ourselves, free of charge, so the finished embroidery or vinyl print matches what you sent us, not a rough approximation.

No — alongside uniforms and branded workwear we also print and embroider for sports kits, school wear, hoodies, and personal or one-off orders.

Yes — we're based in Ramsgate and print and embroider for businesses across Broadstairs, Margate and the wider Thanet area. Most jobs are ready for free local collection or postage within 48 hours.

Yes — while we're based in Ramsgate, we post orders anywhere in the UK for a small postage and packaging surcharge, confirmed as part of your quote. Local customers across Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate and Thanet can also collect for free.

Embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric — it's durable and looks premium, and it's what we recommend for logos on the front of a garment. Vinyl printing is heat-pressed on, which works well for larger designs, slogans or text on the back that would be too costly or fine-detailed to stitch. We often combine both on the same garment.

Yes. Hard hats and bump caps can't be embroidered or heat-pressed, so we apply your logo as a UVDTF sticker, a cold-applied printed sticker that goes on without heat. Hard hats are priced online on our Hard Hats page. For a bump cap with a UVDTF sticker, get in touch for a price.

No — we don't enforce a minimum order. We take on single personal items through to large uniform runs for local businesses, all priced individually.

Yes — if you've already got the clothing, or you'd rather buy it yourself, we're happy to just handle the embroidery or vinyl printing.
