Christmas Gifts For Your Team: Embroidered Hoodies, Beanies And Winter Kit

A warm, useful gift with your logo on it: what to pick, what it costs and a ten-minute job for the weekend.

⏱ 48-Hour Turnaround 🧵 Logos Done In-House 🚚 + Postage & Packaging

Halloween is tomorrow, the clocks have gone back and Christmas is eight weeks away. If you run a business, a club or a team of volunteers, now is a good time to think about a thank-you that people will actually use. A branded hoodie or beanie costs less than you might think, and it gets worn all winter, not just opened and put in a drawer.

It's Friday, so we'll keep this one light. Here's what we'd pick, what it costs and a simple checklist you can do over the weekend.

Why Workwear Makes A Good Gift

A gift with your logo on it does two jobs. It says thank you, and it puts your name on people who are out and about. The key is to choose something warm and comfortable that people would pick for themselves, in a colour they like. A stiff, scratchy jacket stays in the wardrobe. A soft hoodie doesn't.

Our Picks For Christmas

The hoodie. Our workwear hoodie is a 280gsm, 80/20 cotton-polyester fleece in sizes XS to 5XL and 57 colours, so there's something for everyone on the team. It starts from about £16.11 with a vinyl logo on the front, or you can have your logo embroidered, which we price from your logo's stitch count.

The beanie. A cuffed beanie is the easy extra, or a small gift on its own. It's a 100% acrylic knit in 15 colours, one size, from about £6.37 with a vinyl logo. Beanies are the only headwear we do.

The fleece or bodywarmer. For people who work outdoors, take a look at our fleeces and bodywarmers. One thing to know: fleece can't take vinyl, so our fleeces are always embroidered. A bodywarmer can have either.

The sweatshirt. If hoodies aren't to everyone's taste, our sweatshirt is the same 280gsm fabric without the hood, in 22 colours.

Embroidered Or Printed?

Embroidery looks smart and lasts, so it suits a gift you want to feel a bit special. Vinyl is a crisp choice for bolder logos and names, and keeps the price down. Our guide to embroidery, vinyl or DTF explains the difference in plain English. We do embroidery, vinyl and DTF, and we don't do screen printing.

Want To Do The Whole Team At Once?

If you'd rather not pick item by item, the Winter Bundle is nine garments embroidered with your logo: 5 polos, 2 hoodies, a body warmer or soft shell jacket, and a beanie. It's £150, or £135 with a free trade account. The Premium version adds a vinyl print on the back and is £172.22, or £155 with a trade account. You can see it on our bundles page.

Ordering more than a few? Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off from 10 items, 10% off from 25 and 15% off from 50, and a free trade account takes a further 10% off.

A Ten-Minute Weekend Checklist

You don't need to decide everything today. Just have these to hand and the rest is easy:

You can try your logo on a T-shirt first with our Logo Configurator if you'd like to see it before you order.

Timing

We say most jobs are ready in 48 hours, and the Winter Bundle is ready within 48 hours once payment is approved. Postage and packaging is added separately, or you can collect from our workshop in Ramsgate. If you have a particular date in mind, tell us when you get in touch and we'll let you know what's realistic. Sorting it in early November is usually kinder on everyone than leaving it to December.

Once they're in use, our guide to caring for embroidered and printed workwear will help them last.

Ready When You Are

Send us your logo and a rough idea of what you'd like through the contact page, and we'll send you a free quote. There's no minimum order and no set-up fee, so it works for a team of three as well as thirty.

Questions

What makes a good branded Christmas gift for staff?

Something warm that people will actually wear. A hoodie is the easy winner, a beanie is a lower-cost extra, and a fleece or bodywarmer suits people who work outdoors. Choosing a colour people would pick for themselves helps too.

How much does a branded hoodie or beanie cost?

Our hoodie starts from about £16.11 and our cuffed beanie from about £6.37, each with a vinyl logo on the front. Embroidery is priced from your logo's stitch count, so we quote it once we have seen your artwork. A free trade account takes 10% off, and volume discounts of 5%, 10% and 15% apply from 10, 25 and 50 items.

Can fleeces have a vinyl logo?

No. Fleece can't take vinyl, so fleeces are always embroidered. Hoodies, sweatshirts and beanies can have either, and our guide to embroidery, vinyl and DTF explains which suits what.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order, no set-up fee and no charge for digitising your logo, so you can order for a team of three or thirty.

How long will it take?

We say most jobs are ready in 48 hours, and the Winter Bundle is ready within 48 hours once payment is approved. Postage and packaging is extra, or you can collect from our workshop in Ramsgate. If you have a date in mind, tell us when you enquire and we'll let you know what's realistic.

Do you do a ready-made winter kit?

Yes. The Winter Bundle is nine garments embroidered with your logo: 5 polos, 2 hoodies, a body warmer or soft shell jacket and a beanie. It's £150 for the standard version, or £135 with a free trade account.
